QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER FUNCTIONS

  • Work with production team to ensure delivery of compliant product on-time and on-budget.
  • Participate and drive closure of non-conformances through the MRB (material review board) process.
  • Identify when RCA’s (root cause analysis) are needed and participate in the successful implementation of corrective actions.
  • Communicate with customers or suppliers. Maintain accurate and complete records in customer documentation portals.
  • Provide technical direction to Quality inspectors and Quality technicians.’
  • Present to management on various quality related performance metrics such as: rework, scrap, escapes, SNAGs, NCR's.
