Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to support our partner in delivering a global client migration program to their next-generation platform myTrack, a contractor management solution used worldwide across industrial, mining, and energy environments.

This mandate is part of a multi-year transformation program aimed at migrating approximately 43 global clients from the legacy Track platform to myTrack, including large enterprise organizations such as Shell, Exxon, Marathon, and other clients operating across multiple sites and regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage program governance for a multi-client migration portfolio.
• Define and oversee migration planning and sequencing across multiple environments.
• Manage program-level risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Deliver executive-level reporting and communication on program progress.
• Coordinate delivery across product, professional services, implementation, and managed services teams.
• Ensure successful execution and consistency across all client migrations.

Your future duties and responsibilities

The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for leading the overall migration program, coordinating multiple concurrent migration projects, and ensuring alignment between product, professional services, and client leadership teams.

Profile

• Senior Program Manager with 10+ years of experience managing complex technology programs or digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-project or portfolio programs.
• Strong expertise in program governance and executive stakeholder management.
• Experience with platform migrations, application modernization, or large technology transformations.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional and multi-site teams (product, implementation, managed services).
• Experience working with large global enterprise clients (strong asset).
• Advanced English required (100% English-speaking environment).

CGI provides a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position. The calculation of this range depends on various factors, including skill level, geographic market, experience, education, as well as professional licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the specifics of each individual case. A reasonable estimate of this salary range is between $80,000 and $155,000. This position is currently open.
