About the role
A full time Medial Office Assistant (MOA) position is currently available at our busy medical office located in Surrey.
Potential candidate should have completed MOA certification from a recognized institution.
Possess compassion, excellent communication skills and a great attitude.
Be detail oriented and highly organized.
Previous experience as an MOA a must.
Experienced with EMR system.
Proficient in verbal and written English, additional languages considered as well.
Comfortable with high paced environment.
Duties:
Scheduling and coordinating appointments for patients. Scanning and linking patient's results. Providing quality customer service to patients. Registering patients on arrival. Answering office email and messages from doctors. Assisting in general medical administrative duties. Ensuring exam rooms are kept stocked and ordering supplies, as necessary. Perform clinical duties such as obtaining patient specimens and preparing rooms for clinical procedures.
Excellent compensation offered to the right candidate depending on experience.
