Account Executive - (MB/SK)

Position Overview

Lambert Nemec Group is partnering with a respected organization in the optical sector in their search for an Account Executive. This is an exceptional opportunity for a sales professional who thrives on building relationships and delivering consultative solutions to Eye Care Professionals. In this role, you will help expand your territory across Manitoba and Saskatchewan while representing cutting-edge lens technology in a competitive market. You’ll have the chance to combine technical expertise with sales acumen to make a meaningful impact on both clients and the organization’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a defined territory, identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.

• Deliver consultative support to clinics and retailers, offering guidance on premium lenses, coatings, and digital measurement technology.

• Provide educational presentations and training to Eye Care Professionals, ensuring they can maximize the value of the products.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets, including revenue, product mix, and market share goals.

• Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and new technology, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to clients.

• Maintain accurate CRM records to track leads, manage activity, and ensure smooth onboarding for new accounts.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the optical or ophthalmic sector.

• Strong background working with Eye Care Professionals or clinics is preferred.

• Licensed Optician designation is an asset but not required.

• Proven ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.

• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing heavy travel within the assigned territory.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred).

• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
