We are looking for a Process Planner to join our Engineering team!

We are seeking a process planner for our Dome Manufacturing Departments to join our Manufacturing Engineering Team at Raytheon ELCAN. In this role, you will play a key part in developing, optimizing and maintaining department processes and work instructions. You will collaborate closely with co-workers in addition to Operations department team members to trouble shoot and navigate through various production and customer challenges. Continuous improvement and cost reductions will also be requested regularly during day to day activities. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with skilled professionals, leverage advanced technologies, and contribute to the success of Raytheon ELCAN.

Education and Technical Requirements:

  • Certification of Apprenticeship an asset

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with precision Optics (Domes an asset)

  • Technical ability to interpret drawings

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

This position involves technologies regulated by the Canadian government’s Controlled Goods Program and the Contract Security Program. In order to obtain the required security clearance, candidates must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada, have resided in Canada for a minimum of five consecutive years, and meet all other program requirements.
