Our client is undertaking a modernization of its external web presence to better serve clients, partners, and stakeholders. With evolving program portfolios, and a renewed focus on client‑centric and partnered service delivery, the website must clearly communicate who we are, what we offer, and how the ecosystem can engage with us.
Our client maintains multiple web properties containing significant volumes of technical, programmatic, and corporate information. These sites require a cohesive content strategy, streamlining of information, refreshed content, and a unified tone and style. A recent website audit has identified opportunities to improve content clarity, page structure, and alignment with our strategic priorities.

Experience Required/Mandatory Skills
We are looking for a consultant that has the following expertise:

Experience facilitating working sessions with large groups of stakeholders for the purposes of understanding strategic goals, site structure and website audits.

Prior experience working with large, enterprise clients, preferably in the public-sector to establish content frameworks

Experience identifying gaps, redundancies or opportunities within existing websites and proposing guidance on changes

Prior experience in analyzing strategic website pages for the purposes of re-branding, key messaging changes or new approaches
