We’re seeking aSeasonal AME Apprenticeto join our close-knit operation in La Ronge, SK. This position is ideal for a motivated apprentice eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. Working alongside an experienced AME, you’ll support aircraft inspections, assist with maintenance and repairs, and build the practical skills needed to advance your career while contributing to critical wildfire response operations. It’s particularly well suited for an apprentice who already has some practical experience and exposure to aircraft maintenance and is ready to continue developing their skills in an operational setting.
Your Responsibilities:

Maintain the aircraft in accordance with applicable airworthiness standards and OEM instructions.

Carry out maintenance, repair and daily inspection of the company aircrafts as detailed in the company Maintenance Policy Manual.

Follow company procedures as per the Maintenance Policy Manual using safe work practices.

Conduct line maintenance on aircraft.
-
Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals in a high-performance culture.

Stay abreast of industry standards and contribute to continuous improvement.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
-
Strong knowledge of basic hand tools.

1-2 years experience working as an AME Apprentice.

Demonstrated problem solving skills.
-
High attention to detail.
-
Mechanical aptitude, trainable.
-
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
-
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Physically able to perform all duties of an AME apprentice.
-
Professional and eager to learn, with a positive work attitude.
Education:
-
Graduated from a Transport Canada approved Aircraft Maintenance course.
-
Working towards your M1 License.
