AtSteele Subaru, we’re looking for aService Assistantto support the heartbeat of our service department. Working closely with the Service Manager, you’ll help keep the day running smoothly, coordinating workflow, supporting the team, and ensuring every repair stays on track from start to finish.

This role is all about connection and coordination, making sure our technicians, advisors, and parts team are aligned, and that every customer experience reflects the reliability, care, and confidence the Subaru brand is known for.

**Compensation:**Aligned with experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support daily service operations by helping coordinate workflow, shop activity, and production priorities
  • Track repair progress and help ensure vehicles are completed accurately and on time
  • Assist with technician dispatch and workload balancing to keep productivity high
  • Act as a key point of communication between technicians, advisors, and parts to keep everyone aligned
  • Review repair orders, estimates, and documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Support warranty processes and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards
  • Help maintain organized records, scheduling, and service-related reporting
  • Assist with customer updates, timelines, and general service inquiries
  • Step in to support the front counter or service advisors during peak times
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient service environment
  • Other duties as required

  • Familiarity with dealership systems and service operations is a plus
