Tasks/Responsibilities
DELAN is continuously seeking IT Directors for companies in the greater Montreal area, Quebec province, and across Canada. In general, the IT Director will be responsible for ensuring technological governance, security, and strategic alignment of information systems with business objectives.
MORE PRECISELY
- Define the technological vision and lead digital innovation projects
- Supervise IT teams (infrastructure, application development, cybersecurity, technical support)
- Manage budgets, suppliers, and technology contracts
- Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements
PROFILE
- 10+ years of experience in IT Management, including 5+ years in a manager role
- Experience in digital transformation, cybersecurity, and IT governance
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware environments, and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
- Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), CRM (Dynamics 365, Salesforce), and ERP (SAP, Oracle) is an asset
- Proven leadership and ability to mobilize multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, and ISO 27001 frameworks is an asset
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Bilingualism required (French and English)
