Casing Technician
Join Sonova’s Production team and help create high-quality custom hearing instruments that improve people’s lives. In this hands-on role, you will perform detailed casing, finishing, and quality-control activities while ensuring each product meets our quality standards.
Responsibilities
Plan and organize daily casing activities.
Case and close custom ITE, ITC, and CIC hearing instruments.
Apply lacquer to the inside of clear shells.
Perform complete quality-control inspections according to Sonova’s ISO Quality Policy Manual.
Follow production procedures and detailed work instructions accurately.
Complete additional production-related tasks assigned by the Production Manager.
More about you
Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Good hand-eye coordination.
Ability to follow instructions precisely.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Previous hearing-aid assembly or manufacturing experience is considered an asset.
