Our Collaborative Service Delivery Program in Olds, Drumheller and Stettler is seeking a:
Full Time Permanent Administrator 3
Qualifications:
-
Post secondary diploma at minimum related to business or office administration from an approved institution
-
Required 5 years experience as a administrator, preferred experience in not for profit working with diverse, marginalized, disadvantaged and high-risk clients.

Experience and working knowledge of the Microsoft office suite as well as SharePoint.

Commissioner of Oaths

Suicide Intervention Training & De-Escalation Training
-
Intervention Record Check & Criminal Record Check including the vulnerable sector.

Class 5 drivers license, clean drivers abstract and reliable vehicle for transportation to occasional regional meetings and other offices.
Responsibilities include but are not limit to:
- General reception duties for a diverse population of clients including but not limited to vulnerable populations.
- Receive, sort, and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail.
- Staff meeting minutes.
- Assist with payroll and travel claim summaries.
- Month end invoicing and tracking
- Troubleshoot IT Support
- Provide basic IT support to staffing team
Wage Range: $23.27/hr. - $26.02/hr. Plus, Travel Reimbursement at $0.57/KM.
Office Location: Olds, Alberta
Benefits: McMan promotes the wellbeing of our employees, promoting flexibility, health, and wellness, as well as an excellent benefit package that includes extended health care, dental, vision as well a 100% employer contribution pension after 6 months.
Hours of work: 40 hours per week general office hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
