Dental Administrator – Dental Choice

We’re looking for a Dental Adminstrator to join our growing practice and help us deliver exceptional care and outstanding service to our patients—while supporting a high-performing team.
Full-time Hours
- Three Day shifts and Two Evening Shifts
What You’ll Do
- Greet patients warmly and ensure every visit starts on a positive note
- Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups
- Handle patient records, billing, insurance submissions, and payment processing with accuracy
- Coordinate daily front desk operations to keep the day running smoothly
- Collaborate closely with clinical staff to support excellent patient care
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of dental administration experience (Curve software knowledge is a bonus!)
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a patient-first mindset
- Organized, dependable, and able to stay calm under pressure
- A friendly, team-focused attitude and a desire to grow with us
