Responsibilities
- Lead the product strategy and roadmap, aligning technology with the company’s mission to reduce systemic barriers for survivors of gender-based violence.
- Oversee product development and technical architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and ethical digital solutions.
- Integrate trauma-informed and user-centered design principles into all stages of product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal and external teams to deliver high-impact digital tools, from concept through launch.
- Leverage data analytics and user insights to inform strategy, measure outcomes, and iterate on product improvements.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in product management or digital innovation, ideally in the health, civic tech, or social impact sectors.
- Strong technical foundation in software architecture, cloud technologies, and data privacy/security; experience with AI/ML is an asset.
- Demonstrated success in building inclusive, accessible digital products across diverse communities.
- Collaborative leadership style with excellent communication and project management skills.
- Deep commitment to ethical, equity-driven innovation and trauma-informed design practices.
