WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR You will have to manage client relationships and develop integrated multimedia campaigns that drive media performance and business results, while ensuring effective budget management, timely project delivery, and strong partnerships with both internal teams and external partners. Maintains a culture of continuous optimization and staying ahead of industry trends to maximize campaign effectiveness and client value. Main responsibilities · Develop strong business relationships with internal teams, agency partners, and clients; · Collaborate with internal & external teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign activation · Analyse campaign results & performance, to derive actionable insights that can advise future executions · Develop and present integrated media recommendations; · Demonstrate effective problem solving when faced with challenging or ambiguous situations; · Takes a proactive approach to familiarize clients with available tools and research; · Ensures timeliness and accuracy of internal and client-facing deliverables; · Effective management of budget & spends, both from a billing and reporting perspective; · Complete timely follow-ups of projects and tasks; · Monitor trends, issues, opportunities and best practices in the market, using them in recommendations where applicable WE WANT TO KNOW YOU IF YOU HAVE · 1- 2 years experience in media planning · Basic understanding of media; · Leadership, initiative and autonomy; · Organization and rigor; · Good stress and priority management; · Creative spirit and sense of innovation; · Strong negotiation skills, and ability to influence; · Perseverance and tenacity · Strong communication skills: excellent active listening, and interpersonal skills; WHAT WE OFFER Expected Salary: $45 000 - $50 000 Omnicom Media is providing the compensation range that the company is willing to pay for this position based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
