About The Opportunity Our reputable Healthcare client is looking for an Epic Certified Optime/Anesthesia Analyst to join their team Immediately for a large multi-site, Epic Implementation. The selected candidate will play a key part in perioperative build, data conversion, testing, and go live readiness. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic healthcare setting.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Participate in in perioperative build, data conversion, testing, and go live readiness
- Support case conversion activities, including testing of imported data
- Preference Card Build & Migration
- Participate in and support functional, interface, and integrated testing
About You The successful candidate will have the following:
- A minimum of 6 years’ experience working with Clinical Systems
- Must have an active Epic Optime certification. Anesthesia Certification is an asset
- Strong understanding of perioperative workflows and data conversion
- Experience with large multi-site implementations
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly
- Ability to work collaboratively with clinical, technical, and operational teams
About the Job Ability to work onsite in Ottawa for key project stages is preferred, however strong remote candidates will be considered. Immediate Start, Full time and must have some daytime availability (EST), Monday to Friday. Payrate is between $65.00 to $85.00 per hour depending on experience.
