Under the supervision of the Vice President of Operations, you will have the opportunity to assume important and diversified functions and responsibilities.

Ensure the processing and drafting of all required correspondence and ensure the execution of various mandates between the different departments;

Act as a resource person at the vice-president level. Fulfill requests as needed;

Coordinate various executive meetings including the preparation of necessary documents and/or presentations;
-
Ensure effective and proactive management of the agenda;
-
Structure and effectively maintain a filing system;
-
Ensure the monitoring and prioritization of tasks as well as the quality of the processes in place;

Facilitate the execution of the tasks and responsibilities of the Vice-President;
-
Participate in the realization of special projects and perform all other tasks related to the role;

Prepare, record and follow up on payments of executive expense accounts;

Outline the information transmitted by the various stakeholders and/or managers;

Writing of various publications, editorials and speeches.

Correspondence: Write letters and various documents;

Make the necessary arrangements for travel or travel; Other tasks as required.
