What You'll Do

• Welcome guests warmly and guide them through the menu with knowledge and enthusiasm
• Take accurate orders and deliver food and beverages promptly with a friendly attitude
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service to create memorable dining experiences
• Suggest menu items, specials, and pairings to enhance the guest’s dining experience
• Collaborate with the restaurant team to create a welcoming and seamless atmosphere
• Uphold the brand’s hospitality standards by consistently delivering attentive and thoughtful service
• Engage guests authentically, building rapport to encourage repeat visits

Who We're Looking For

• Smart Serve Certified
• Previous Serving experience
• Knowledgeable on wines and food pairings
• Friendly and personable, with a genuine passion for creating great guest experiences
• Excellent communicator who listens actively and anticipates guest needs
• Detail-oriented and efficient, able to manage multiple tables in a fast-paced environment
• Team player who collaborates well with kitchen, bar, and service staff
• Positive attitude with the ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
• Proactive problem solver who goes the extra mile to exceed guest expectations
• Knowledgeable about the menu and able to make confident recommendations
• Committed to upholding high standards of service, cleanliness, and hospitality
