The Commercial Quotations Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the preparation of accurate, timely, and competitive commercial quotations in response to customer inquiries, tenders, and bids. This role ensures alignment with company pricing strategies, cost structures, and client requirements, while working closely with ROBINSON teams and branches to continue to drive business growth and profitability.

What you will do:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end quotation process for commercial projects, including scope review, pricing strategy, terms negotiation, and final proposal submission.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary input and validate proposal components.
  • Analyze historical data, market trends, and competitor pricing to enhance quoting strategies.
  • Monitor and track quotation activities, win/loss ratios, and lead times to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a centralized quotation database and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all quotation-related matters.
  • Train, mentor, and manage a team of quotation

About You:

  • At least 5+ years of a senior professional in commercial or quotation-related roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategies, cost modeling, and commercial terms.
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and quotation management tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
