This role offers the chance to lead the global digital product strategy for institutional asset management, driving innovation and shaping user-centric digital experiences for large-scale investors. Position Responsibilities:
- Product Discovery and Strategy: Lead product strategy by leveraging user feedback and competitive analysis, creating and refining product roadmaps that align with strategic goals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Product Delivery and Implementation: Drive agile product delivery by participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily standups, crafting detailed user stories, prioritizing the backlog, and overseeing user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality standards.
- Data Driven Insights and Strategic Decisions: Analyze product data to monitor performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions using structured prioritization methods (RICE), ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Platform Modernization and User Experience: Modernize the platform through secure, headless architecture, implement global design systems for consistent user experiences, and develop personalization strategies to enhance engagement and deliver measurable business value.
- Change Management and Go-to-Market Activities: Facilitate adoption plans and smooth rollouts of new features, collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams for training and communication, and monitor adoption metrics to refine product strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- Years of Experience: 3–5 years in product management, with a consistent track record of delivering successful digital products.
- Quantified Experience with Tools/Software: Experience supporting iterative product delivery using methodologies such as Lean, Scrum, and Kanban; skilled in tools like Jira.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Licenses/Certifications: Certifications in Product Management or related disciplines (e.g., CSPO, SAFe) are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Domain Expertise: Experience in Institutional or Asset Management.
- Digital Enablement: Proficient in applying design systems for scalable, consistent user experiences; familiar with personalization tools (e.g., Adobe Target, Optimizely).
- Digital Platform Expertise: Experience with enterprise-grade platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce); understanding of headless architecture and API-first ecosystems.
- Consent Management and Compliance: Experience managing consent solutions to ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA); collaboration with legal and compliance teams.
- Collaboration & Influence: Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, and marketing teams; skilled at articulating product vision and influencing stakeholders.

Salary range is expected to be between
$86,250.00 CAD - $155,250.00 CAD
