Job Summary
The Parking Control Assistant is responsible for enforcing parking regulations and providing assistance to the public regarding parking policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities
- Monitor parking areas and enforce regulations.
- Issue parking tickets as necessary.
- Provide information to the public regarding parking policies.
- Assist in the maintenance of parking equipment.
- Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Knowledge of parking regulations.
Other Relevant Details
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
