Overview

At Seattle New Media, we help B2B companies build websites that convert, not just websites that look good. We specialize in Webflow because it gives marketing teams the agility they need to move faster, test better, and control their own web presence without constant developer involvement.

We work with startups, scale-ups, and enterprises that need digital experiences that actually move the needle — driving engagement, leads, and business growth. We’re looking for a Sales Lead who understands the intersection of marketing, storytelling, and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development for Seattle New Media in the North American market.
  • Identify, qualify, and close strategic partnerships with B2B companies looking to improve or rebuild their websites.
  • Lead consultative sales conversations focused on ROI, business goals, and conversion strategy.
  • Educate prospects on the power of Webflow and our approach to modern web design and development.
  • Collaborate with internal project teams to align proposals with real business needs.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to the leadership team on market trends, objections, and client needs.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a digital agency, SaaS, martech, or Webflow related environment.
  • Strong understanding of how modern marketing teams work — their goals, constraints, and success metrics.
  • Familiarity with Webflow, CMS platforms, digital marketing, and conversion-focused design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have

  • Existing network in the North American B2B or SaaS marketing space.
  • Experience in Webflow, or other no-code/low-code tools.
  • Background in client services, account management, or agency strategy.
