We are looking for a Student, Fleet Performance and Operation to help support our marine shipping business and drive efficiency through data analysis. The Student, Fleet Performance and Operation will have great opportunities to learn about commercial operations, vessel efficiency and marine shipping.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE Key Responsibilities Include
- Assist with tracking and analytics of fleet performance data.
- Carry out analysis projects to identify trends in data that can support the company’s push towards decarbonization or enhance intelligence around decision making.
- Overall support of and contribution to the company’s decarbonization vision.
- Perform a deep dive into the statistics of our lakes trade to improve efficiency.
- Compile facts and data from incidents for voyages and share the learnings.
- Verification of data entry in key Operational projects
- Shadow the day-to-day activities of an operator to gain a perspective and understanding of what they do.
WHAT YOU BRING | THE PERSON The Ideal Candidate Is
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated from university.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytic skills.
- Motivated and autonomous.
