Sales Executive
(Guelph or Toronto Based)
ClimateFirst (climatefirst.net) is a fast-growing climate tech startup on a mission to solve climate resiliency for the built environment. Our B2B SaaS platform helps commercial real estate owners and operators quantify climate risk in dollars, prioritize actions, and future-proof their assets.
We’ve achieved early market traction with a growing roster of top-tier clients and are now looking for a Sales Executive to accelerate our growth in Canada and the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

Lead the full sales cycle—from outreach to close—with private building owner/operators in multi-unit residential, commercial, retail, and light industrial sectors.

Build relationships across target organizations, from ESG managers to fund managers.

Collaborate with our technical and marketing teams to shape winning proposals and sales materials.

Represent ClimateFirst at industry conferences, committees, and events to expand our presence in the CRE community.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
You’re a great fit if you:

3+ years of quota carrying sales experience

Have proven B2B SaaS sales experience (real estate or ESG preferred)

Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves

Are a skilled relationship-builder with senior decision-makers

Are passionate about climate, sustainability, and making a tangible impact
