Working on-site in our Ottawa office.
Business hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000
Responsibilities:
- Assist in tracking open work orders to ensure timely completion and billing.
- Help maintain accurate service records in internal systems.
- Support performance goals by helping meet closure and billing timelines.
- Monitor daily service tasks and flag potential delays to senior staff.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating technician assignments.
- Support dispatching by providing technicians with job details and updates.
- Respond to customer inquiries and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Enter service call and customer data into internal systems.
- Assist with issuing purchase orders and coordinating with suppliers.
- Perform other duties as assigned based on workload demands and branch needs
Required Skills and Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, service support, or coordination role
- Post-secondary education, preferably in business administration, operations, or a related field.
- A technically inclined mindset:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable using computer systems and software tools.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while taking directions from senior team members.
- Familiarity with HVAC or other technical services is a plus.
