Position Summary... To provide exceptional customer service and assist in salesfloor operations in order to ensure a positive shopping experience and drive customer loyalty.
What You'll Do...
- Rencontrer le gérant de rayon et le gérant de l’expérience client (aire de vente) pour discuter des changements quotidiens dans la succursale.
- Tenir le client au courant de tous les changements survenus durant la semaine.
- Faire la tournée des secteurs touchés pour rencontrer les clients et répondre à leurs questions et à leurs besoins.
- Faire les annonces à la sono pour les clients.
- Communiquer les questions, les suggestions et les préoccupations des clients au gérant de rayon et au gérant de l'expérience.
- Communiquer tout problème de sécurité à l’équipe de direction après avoir corrigé le danger.
The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.25. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
