Join our team as a Senior Procurement Specialist and play a pivotal role in the full lifecycle procurement of complex systems, equipment, and materials for the River Class Destroyer (RCD) program.

As a Senior Procurement Specialist, you’ll lead procurement activities across a portfolio of high-value, critical packages. Your responsibilities will include:

Strategic Sourcing & Analysis
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to develop comprehensive sourcing strategies that align with program goals. -
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure procurement activities support project timelines and deliverables. -
Supplier Management
Oversee the full supplier lifecycle—from pre-qualification and onboarding to performance evaluation and relationship management. -
Contract & Commercial Management
Lead RFI/RFP development, supplier negotiations, contract preparation, and post-award administration. Manage purchase orders and ensure accurate invoice processing. -
Performance Oversight
Monitor safety, delivery, and quality performance to ensure compliance and continuous improvement across the supply chain. -
Post-secondary education in a relevant field (preferred)

Minimum 7 years of procurement experience in Shipbuilding, Aerospace/Defense, Heavy Manufacturing, or Construction

Proven expertise in end-to-end procurement processes and contract management

Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
