Job Title: Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist

Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000
Benefits: RRSP, health/dental/vision package, reimbursement for tuition and professional dues, paid vacation, personal days, and sick days The Position As the Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for strengthening and managing the systems, processes, and programs that support recruitment operations from offer acceptance through onboarding. Working closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, hiring managers and external partners, you will help ensure our recruiting technology, onboarding experience, and Early Careers programs are consistent, efficient, and scalable. This role is best suited for someone who is systems-minded, highly organized, comfortable working within ATS and HRIS platforms, and able to take ownership of operational programs that directly impact candidates, new employees, and hiring teams.
What You'll Do
Manage talent acquisition operations across the hiring lifecycle, with a focus on systems, workflows, data accuracy, offer-to-start processes, and onboarding readiness. Partner closely with Talent Acquisition team to manage the transition from candidate acceptance through day-one onboarding and early employee integration. Own and continuously improve Eclipse Automation's bi-weekly onboarding program for all full-time employees, ensuring content, logistics, stakeholder involvement, and new hire experience are well managed. Administer and optimize recruitment processes within Dayforce ATS, ensuring workflows, recruitment records, documentation, and reporting are accurate, compliant, and audit-ready. Support recruitment reporting, system enhancements, process documentation, and operational excellence initiatives that improve efficiency and consistency across Talent Acquisition. Lead Early Careers recruitment, including co-op, internship, and new graduate hiring, from workforce planning support through candidate experience, offers, and onboarding. Build relationships with colleges, universities, and other talent pipeline partners. Partner with Eclipse Automation's MSP provider and manage onboarding related operational escalations for contractor hiring. Deliver an exceptional, process-driven experience for candidates, hiring managers, and new hires by ensuring systems, communications, and onboarding activities are accurate and timely.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, recruitment systems administration, onboarding program management, or a related field. Strong comfort working within ATS and HRIS platforms. Experience managing onboarding programs, offer-to-start processes, employee lifecycle workflows, or similar HR operational programs. Experience supporting or leading campus, co-op, internship, or graduate recruitment programs is an asset. Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and process improvement skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Systems-minded with the ability to identify process gaps, improve workflows, and translate operational needs into practical system or process solutions.
