Job Functions:

As a key member of a national leading Security Company, the Branch Manager will be accountable for the direct oversight of all duties and responsibilities relating to Security, Safety, and Branch operations
Takes ownership of staff and client issues ensuring the provision of proactive and timely support and incident response
Maintain strict confidentiality, data integrity, and accurate record keeping; respond to inquiries and request for information in an appropriate manner
Sustain effective relationships with key stakeholders and provide specialized security services according to client needs
Maintains the stability and reputation of the organization by complying with federal, provincial and municipal legal requirements
Measures and establishes branch efficiency through analysis of branch key performance indicators and statistics
Remains on call and acts as an after-hours resource in the event of an emergency
Responsible for managing day to day operation and ensuring adherence to all contractual obligations
Monitors accounts receivable and accounts payable for completion and accuracy
Performs other duties as required in order to support branch/corporate needs

Requirements:

A graduate degree in Business or related discipline and specialized training in protection services or criminology; or equivalent education and experience
Minimum of three years supervisory/managerial experience
Working knowledge of appropriate legislation and provincial/national standards on fire safety, building codes, security, and protection of privacy
Must have strong leadership, social interaction and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Ability to write and present proposals to large organizations
Creative ability to foster new and better ways to perform and succeed
Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships both internally and external.
