Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:

As a Raw Materials Warehouse Supervisor, you will ensure smooth operations of the Raw Materials department by leading a team of Raw Materials (RM) employees and ensuring excellent service delivery for internal and external customers

Meet Your Future Team:

You will be leading a team of RM Warehouse Employees on various operations. You will be working with departments within our manufacturing facility including but not limited to Planning, and Production, Quality

If you were the Raw Materials Warehouse Supervisor now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

    • Team Management and Training
    • You lead and manage day to day operations of RM team by assigning workload, scheduling breaks, as well as tracking attendance, vacations, and leaves.
    • You provide training to new and existing RM team members, coach them for their growth and development and implement and communicate clear performance metrics to maximize team productivity.
    • You ensure team members follow Company regulations and procedures (ex. Safety, 6S).
    • Order and Inventory Management
    • You coordinate, track, and process order requests in ERP system accurately and timely and then delegate orders to be picked for delivery.
    • You ensure inventory levels are accurate by performing daily inventory verification according to system.
    • You ensure Cycle Counting is completed on time and accurate including communication with purchasing team on international orders, and coordination with shipping/receiving team on necessary documentations before shipment
    • You develop and implement stock taking process in collaboration with cross-functional teams
    • Coordination
    • You communicate and liaise with Purchasing Team and overall Planning Team to process all requests and resolve any discrepancies, as well as notify them of expiring raw materials
    • You lead and collaborate with Production for RM WIP controls
    • Continuous Improvement
    • You proactively identify gaps for continuous improvement opportunities, provide solutions and collaborate with team members and Manager to implement solutions.
    • You develop operation measures for each warehouse operations and optimize warehouse layout and storage utilization.
    • Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:
    • Prepare for the transition from the current ERP system to SAP
    • Follow company guidelines to implement safety measures work with the Team continues to improve operations in the Raw Material Warehouse

Are you our next Raw Materials Warehouse Supervisor?

    • You have 5+ years of previous experiences in Raw Material Warehouse in manufacturing environment
    • You have BOM and System driven warehouse experience
    • You are familiar with Warehouse Management System, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and process improvement
    • You have excellent English communication skills verbally and in writing and the ability and tact to effectively engage multiple collaborators with competing interests in a global environment
    • You have strong computer skills including a good working knowledge in MS Office
    • You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues, seeking the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions with an unwavering commitment to do what is right
    • You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
    • You have high attention to details
    • You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
    • You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement

$70,000 - $88,000 a year

A reasonable estimate of the pay range is CAD$70,000- CAD$88,000 at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as market location, job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training. The upper end of the range is typically reserved for candidates with demonstrated expertise that is above job requirements or who bring exceptional directly transferable experience.

Please note that the range details above reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program and benefits that we offer.
