Pay & Earnings
Starting Pay: $19.85 – $20.85 per hour with opportunities for raises based on performance!
Plus:
Monthly performance bonuses 100% of customer tips kept by crew members Average tips of $200–$500 per week for full-time team members Weekly direct deposit Overtime after 44 hours

What You'll Do
Safely operate a 26-foot moving truck Complete daily vehicle inspections Provide outstanding customer service Safely move household and office items Pack, unpack, assemble, and disassemble furniture Complete digital paperwork with customers Work closely with your team to deliver exceptional moving experiences We work hard, move fast, and have fun doing it.
What We're Looking For
You must:
Be at least 25 years old Possess a valid Ontario G-Class driver's license Have a clean driving record
Successful candidates are:
Customer-service focused Reliable and punctual Positive and professional Team-oriented Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
Experience is helpful but not required. Candidates from these industries often succeed:
Moving Construction Landscaping Roofing Concrete Warehouse Manufacturing Delivery driving General labor
You should also:
Have access to basic hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, hex keys) Be able to lift and carry items weighing 80 pounds or more Be comfortable climbing stairs, walking, balancing, and staying active throughout the day
