Junior IT Systems Technician

The position is responsible for providing day-to-day IT support to our field operations, as well as assisting in the installation and configuration, repairing and replacement of gaming equipment. You will install servers, network devices, configurations, Wi-Fi and routers. You will maintain the MS365 tenant and the Meraki network, endpoint devices (windows based) and trouble shoot live systems.

These are the standards we are looking for:

  • University / College education in a computer related course of study or equivalent experience required
  • MCSE – MCITP or relevant Microsoft certification preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of I.T. related troubleshooting, configuring hardware and software components, LAN/WAN administration, and maintenance of 365 services experience.
  • Self-disciplined with excellent organizational, project and time management skills.
  • Problem solving, accuracy, attention to detail and analytical ability is required
