Junior Project Controls Data Analyst

We are seeking a Junior Project Controls Data Analyst to support our project controls team in data-driven decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on working with large, complex datasets and enjoys transforming raw information into actionable insights.
This role will be based in Toronto, ON.
Your role within the team:
- Collaborate with Project Controls, Project Management, and Finance teams to collect, validate, and structure project data.
- Analyze historical project data to develop benchmarking models for cost, schedule, and resource planning.
- Assist in setting up small projects in different systems and support Power BI dashboard development.
- Interface with different divisions to align systems implementation strategies.
- Support testing and implementation of ERP.
- Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor KPIs and project performance.
- Conduct ad hoc surveys and generate insights to support strategic decisions.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for working with large, unstructured datasets.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
