#ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet members at the road and/or parkade entrance and ensure efficient and polite parking lot traffic management during peak busy times

• Own the Jericho parking experience with confidence and autonomy

• Hold a radio and ensure effective communication with other staff regarding traffic management, and member inquiries

• Help to always ensure the health and safety of all staff and members

• Escort members to different parking areas to facilitate their arrival at the Club

• Coordinate vendor arrival at the Club to minimize impact on the member experience

• Maintain constant communication with front line staff on parking status and updates

• React quickly to move signage or barricades as needed

• Assist with Pool Deck Maintenance. Duties include sweeping, towel removal and replacement, picking up dishes and ensuring overall cleanliness.

• Assist members with services on the Lower Beach Patio. Duties include assisting members with beach equipment, assisting members with beach table and chair set up, monitoring and assisting members with access to the beach using the beach doors, assisting F&B with Lower Beach Patio table and chair set up and maintenance, and ensuring overall cleanliness.

• Show commitment to providing an exceptional club experience to all members, aligned with Jericho Tennis Club values.

• Demonstrate awareness and understanding of Jericho Tennis Club's aim to deliver exceptional services to both members and guests.

• Ensure that all members & guests receive courteous, prompt & professional attention to their needs.

• An other duties as assigned related to member experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Exceptional interpersonal abilities

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Previous Customer Service Experience Considered an Asset

• Ability to work alone and in a team environment

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to multitask

• Excellent time management skills

• Must be able to walk, or stand for hours at a time and safely lift up to 50 lbs
