With continued international growth, the leadership team is seeking a strategic marketing leader to elevate brand presence and accelerate revenue without relying solely on promotional pricing .

The Role:

This is a pivotal leadership position for a culturally attuned, data-driven Marketing Director who understands boxing from the professional circuit to the everyday gym athlete. The successful candidate will blend brand storytelling, demand generation, and commercial strategy to build long-term equity while delivering short-term performance wins. Working cross-functionally with creative, product, digital, and sales teams, this individual will shape a cohesive global brand ecosystem and guide integrated campaigns that drive measurable growth across DTC, retail, gyms, and distributor channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Evolve and safeguard brand positioning across global markets.
  • Lead fully integrated 360° campaigns spanning social, email, SMS, paid media, retail, partnerships, and events.
  • Develop launch playbooks aligning creative, marketing, and retail execution.
  • Own lifecycle marketing strategy including email and SMS optimisation, compliance, and performance tracking.
  • Build dashboards tracking KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and engagement.
  • Manage and allocate the marketing budget based on revenue impact.
  • Guide cross-functional workflows, briefs, and timelines to improve execution.
  • Strengthen athlete and ambassador programmes, including content and usage frameworks.
  • Support fight weeks, pop-ups, gym activations, and brand events.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of marketing leadership experience within sports performance, DTC, or omnichannel consumer brands.
  • Proven budget ownership and performance marketing expertise.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stategic Fluency in English and French
