What you will actually do
Grow our US and Gulf client base for estimation and BIM services through outreach, follow-up discipline and honest technical conversations.
You will work on-site with our team at Wali Plaza, Garden Town, Gujranwala, on a live pipeline of projects for clients in the US, the Gulf and Pakistan. Every deliverable you produce goes through senior review before it ships — which means constant, specific feedback on your work from day one.
Responsibilities
Identify and reach prospective contractor clients in target markets
Run email and LinkedIn outreach sequences; log everything in the CRM Qualify inquiries, coordinate sample deliverables and fee quotes with the technical team Maintain relationships with existing clients and win repeat work Report pipeline status weekly with real numbers
Requirements
2+ years B2B business development or sales experience Excellent written and spoken English — you will talk to US contractors Ability to learn construction-services scope well enough to be credible Self-managed follow-up discipline
