We are currently looking for a Senior Specialist, Technical to join our team in Brampton and support our Field Quality Investigations department.
A Day in the Life:
-
Working with our Field Quality Investigations (FQI) team to install, test and confirm failure modes of various collected warranty parts
-
Shipping FQI-related incident parts to various countries
-
Receiving and evaluating warranty collection parts, related to FQI investigations
-
Maintaining the fleet of vehicles for our Total Customer Satisfaction department
-
Supporting Corporate Vehicles and Media Relations Departments
-
Maintaining FQC shop and tools
-
Coordinating and supporting FQI test activities such as installation of winter test-related equipment, testing new models under defined parameters, and documentation of test results
Who We're Looking for:
Required:
-
Ontario Automotive Service Technician Certificate of Qualification or equivalent
-
5+ years experience in the Automotive Service Technician trade
-
Well organized individual with the ability to multi-task and adapt to a quickly changing environment
-
Ability to work independently with little supervision
-
Knowledge of proper shipping and handling methods
-
Active Driver's License with a clean Driver's Abstract and no criminal record
-
Dangerous Goods and Forklift certification is a bonus
