Position Summary
The Content Author is responsible for collecting, loading, verifying and communicating the status of
content required for creation of one brand websites. This position supports the planning of content
delivery with the creative agency, receives content and loads it to the Content Management System,
verifies the content in preproduction and production, and communicates status regarding the
completion of loading their content.
Responsibilities
Supports web content delivery planning with the Project Management team. Receives and maintains status of required web content. Loads web content to the Content Management System (CMS). Verifies web content in a preproduction environment. Identifies issues in web content pertaining to content, layout and presentation. Issues JIRA Trouble Tickets as necessary to resolve content issues. Communicates status regarding the completion of loaded web content and outstanding web
content to be delivered.
Establishes and maintains good relationship with PM, dev, UX, Analytics/SEO, and QA departments Manages & organizes workload to meet deadlines Attention to detail with a wide degree of creativity and flexibility
Education And Experience
1+ year of experience in advertising, marketing or related fields. Must have ability to multi-task. Must have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with an ability to identify specific
content issues and communicate steps to resolve.
MS Office (Word, Excel) required. Must have the ability to stay calm, organized and efficient. One year of experience in marketing brand site content development and working with either
commercial or open source content management systems preferred.
Experience publishing in CMS tool and knowledge of XML, HTML, css, and Firebug
Experience in web content development preferred.

The salary range for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year. Compensation will be determined based on qualifications, relevant experience, and internal equity.
