About the role
TalentWorld is currently recruiting a Lot Attendant on behalf of one of our valued clients in the automotive sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day vehicle operations by ensuring the inventory is well-organized, clean, and ready for customer delivery. This position requires a dependable and detail-oriented individual with a passion for vehicles and a commitment to providing excellent support to both sales and service teams.
Lot Attendant Responsibilities:-
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming vehicles, verifying serial numbers, accessories, and overall condition against delivery documentation.
- Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and organization of all showroom, demo, and inventory vehicles.
- Ensure the vehicle lot is neat, organized, and free of debris, while arranging vehicles in an orderly and accessible manner.
- Handle vehicle pick-up, drop-off, and licensing deliveries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all movements.
- Maintain secure control of vehicle keys, conduct daily lot inspections, and report any discrepancies or concerns promptly.
- Support overall dealership operations by assisting with vehicle preparation for delivery and providing general administrative or team support as needed.
Lot Attendant Qualifications:-
- High School Diploma or equivalent education required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in automotive detailing, lot management, or vehicle handling preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Customer service–oriented mindset, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to support a positive client experience.
Employment Details:-
- Work Type: 1 year contract
- Salary: $18/hour
- Work Model: Onsite Monday – Friday, Weekends if needed.
