About the role
<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Oversee the financial strategic planning of the company by evaluating its performance and potential risks.</li><li>Develop budgets that meet the strategic goals of the company.</li><li>Prepare detailed reports on the company's financial performance.</li><li>Supervise the finance team in the day-to-day operations, including tracking key financial metrics.</li><li>Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.</li><li>Develop secure procedures to maintain confidential information.</li><li>Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools, and control systems.</li><li>Work with other team members to understand revenue and cost drivers and define appropriate reports for tracking.</li><li>Coordinate with external financial entities on behalf of the company, including accountants, government auditors, and financial consultants.</li><li>Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports for finance department performance.</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics.
