About the role

Job Decription The Junior Reporting Analyst is an entry-level role focused on supporting the Client’s Service Delivery team

with data analysis and customized reporting. This individual is responsible for pulling reports from multiple

systems then reconciling and analyzing the data to spot discrepancies while updating systems of record

accordingly for Service Delivery, Operations, HR & Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pull data from Client and Company systems and databases.
  • Cross-check and analyze reports to identify discrepancies, providing findings to Service Delivery.
  • Collaborate with Service Delivery to resolve schedule discrepancies and apply correct reporting codes.
  • Collaborate with the Workforce Manager to ensure accurate and timely reporting for payroll.
  • Ensure all schedule and attendance codes are entered into WFM for accurate payroll reporting.
  • Deliver reconciled, finalized adherence reports to Service Delivery.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies

  • High level of proficiency in data mining & the use of data platforms (i.e. Excel).
  • Ability to use reporting and visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau to analyze and present data effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare, present, and communicate data insights effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and highly skilled at accurately reviewing and reconciling data to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide prompt, efficient support to internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills with proven success meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently while managing time and priorities effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resourcefulness and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of customers.
  • Ability to maintain a strong professional presence, demonstrated through verbal & written communications & workplace demeanor.

Work Experience & Qualifications

  • High school or secondary school required.
  • Minimum two (2) years experience working in an analytical and data-centric role.

Language Requirements

  • Ability to communicate in English (verbally and written) in a polished and professional manner is

required.

Travel Schedule and Availability

  • This position is a non-travel position.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

  • Must have a dedicated, quiet, and private workspace free from distractions.
  • Ability to sit and remain at a desk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day) while operating a computer and telephone headset.
  • Reliable high-speed uninterrupted internet connection meeting minimum company standards.
  • Ability to use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
  • Clear, polished and professional verbal & written communication and active listening skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • May occasionally require walking, standing, or light lifting (up to 10 pounds) of equipment such as a laptop or office supplies.
