About the role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Functional Analyst to support enterprise Salesforce initiatives within the banking domain. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, recommend scalable Salesforce solutions, and translate business needs into functional specifications. This role involves leading workshops, creating user stories and functional documentation, supporting Agile delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams, assisting QA and defect resolution, and ensuring Salesforce best practices, governance, and security standards are followed in a highly regulated enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder workshops and interviews. Recommend Salesforce out-of-the-box or custom solutions. Prepare functional documentation including Epics, User Stories, and Confluence pages. Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and UX teams. Perform impact analysis and proof of concepts (POCs). Participate in Agile ceremonies and lead backlog refinement sessions. Support QA activities, defect resolution, and ensure Salesforce best practices.
Requirements
5+ years of Salesforce Functional Analyst/Lead experience. 3+ years of Banking or Financial Services experience. Strong Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) knowledge. Experience with enterprise Salesforce implementations. Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Jira, and Confluence. Experience with Salesforce integrations, core banking systems, and data lakes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
