Job Description
What your weeks are going to look like
- Actively participate in testing phases;
- Log discovered bugs and the steps to reproduce them in the bug-tracking tool;
- Follow up on issues to confirm bugs and work with the development team to prioritize fixes;
- Document and publish testing procedures and results;
- Provide constructive feedback on the quality and fun factor of assigned content;
- Ensure that games meet or exceed company and client quality standards.
Qualifications
What we're looking for
- College diploma (DEC) or a relevant combination of studies (IT, multimedia, web, video games, etc.);
- High school diploma (DES) or a relevant combination of studies (IT, multimedia, web, video games, etc.);
- Two (2) years of quality assurance experience in the video game industry;
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of different game types, platforms, and the stages of game creation;
- Knowledge of Jira (an asset);
- Strong oral and written communication skills, in both French and English.
