- This is an in-office role (not remote or hybrid) Administrative Assistant (Part-Time) Availability required: Monday – Friday | 12:00 PM – 4:30 PM You know that person every office relies on? The one who keeps everything organized, notices the little things before anyone else, and somehow keeps the day running without missing a beat? We’re looking for that superstar. This is a front-desk-based role, but it is far more than just sitting at a desk. You are the office "MVP"—the person who ensures the entire operation runs like clockwork while the rest of the team is in the field. What You’ll Be Doing: ✨ Office Magic: You notice supplies are running low before anyone else does. You order and restock so seamlessly that it feels like magic—we never run out of the essentials because you don't wait to be asked. 🛡️ The Gate Keeper: You are the person in charge of the keys to the kingdom. You’ll be responsible for granting lot access to vendors and visitors, ensuring the right people get in and our security standards are met. 📞 Customer Support: You’ll handle customer inquiries via phone and email with professional polish, ensuring every question is answered or directed to the right department. 📦 Logistics & Coordination: You’ll manage and coordinate outgoing shipping and handle incoming deliveries as they arrive. 🏢 Office Operations: You’ll ensure the Lost & Found is well-organized, assist with scheduling facility maintenance appointments, and jump in on any administrative tasks that keep us moving forward. 💡 Think Smarter: We value new ideas. You’re Our Kind of Superstar If You: Have 2+ Years of Solid Office Experience: You know your way around a professional environment and are ready to hit the ground running. Learn Fast: You are proficient in Microsoft Office and pride yourself on your ability to learn new software and programs quickly. Are Rock-Solid & Reliable: You are 100% dependable for the 12:00 PM – 4:30 PM shift, with the flexibility to occasionally cover vacations or workload spikes. Have a Valid Driver’s License. Are happy to handle the heavy lifting (up to 15 lbs) when it comes to shipping, supply stocking, and office needs.
