Product Quality Inspector – Amico Accessories

Job Summary
A position in Quality Control is open at a rapidly growing Richmond Hill manufacturing Company. Working under the direction of the Quality Manager in checking products and incoming materials, the ideal candidate must have strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities will include:
- Inspecting and testing incoming materials and products to ensure they meet specifications
- Recording inspection results
- Communicate with the production team to ensure orders are shipped on time
- Notify managers about quality issues
- Identify and troubleshoot product or functionality issues, and effectively communicate findings to the Quality Manager and/or Customer Service team
Qualifications:
- Able to understand mechanical drawings is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must
- Great attention to detail and noticing small differences is a must
- Great Mechanical amplitude and able to use inspection tools (i.e. caliper) is a must
- Basic computer skills are a must
- Able to work in a fast paced and time-sensitive environment
- Knowledge of fasteners and hardware is a plus
- Knowledge of electronics/circuit is a plus

Working hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
