Occupational Therapist
About the role
We are seeking applications for an Occupational Therapist based out of our Central Office location in Okotoks. This is a Temporary, Part-Time, 32 Hours Per Week on Average position and runs concurrent with the school calendar.
As part of the division team and reporting to the Director of Student Services, our Occupational Therapist will assist students to develop or master everyday skills in order to live independent, productive, satisfying lives. The therapist will provide assessment and report writing which includes program recommendations. The Occupational Therapist provides direct and consultative services to students in Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12 as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
The successful candidate will hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and be eligible for membership in ACOT and/or CAOT. Preference will be given to an individual with experience in a school setting. Travel throughout the division is required.
