Position Summary Are you the type of person who quickly gets a job well-done and you want to be always on the move? At Biscuits Leclerc, it is people like you who ensure that we can maintain our production speed. As an operator, you will be essential and a source of pride! You will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment and ensure their proper functioning, whether it is mixing ingredients, manufacturing products, packaging or bagging them. Best of all: your work will be accompanied by the captivating smell of delicious snacks.

Starting wage of $22.77/hour , increasing up to $31.04/hour depending on experience, plus shift premiums ( Evening: +$0.50/hour , Night: +$1.00/hour )

Responsibilities

  • Launch the start of our operations by setting up and adjusting processing and packaging equipment;
  • Ensure the proper functioning of the equipment used to extract, mix, stir, cook, cool, can and package our products;
  • Perform tests to ensure that products meet our high-quality standards and make the necessary adjustments;
  • Complete production records;
  • Support the sanitation team in their various tasks.

Requirements

  • Has the ability to work quickly and standing;

  • Handles priorities and multiple tasks well;

  • Is skilled with his hands;

  • Can make decisions quickly, even under pressure;

  • Has the following strengths:

  • Experience working in a comparable environment;

  • Knowledge of French or English.
