About the role
Temporary Full-Time Services Standards Manager for the Saskatchewan District.
Working 40 hours per week, day time hours from the District Office in Waldheim until our relocation to Saskatoon (to be determined).
A valid Sask. Full Class 5 or Sask. Novice 2 driver's license is required. Travel across the district is required and transportation is provided.
Duration: 6 months, start date: ASAP.
The wage for this position is $30.09-$35.82 per hour. Closing date is October 9, 2025.
The Service Standards Manager is responsible to oversee implementation and tracking of quality assurance systems across the district. They coordinate and assist district strategic planning and ensure data system’s efficiency within the framework of established policies and procedures. The Service Standards Manager ensures there are solid systems in place to support good communication, compliance and reporting; Provides consultation for service and district specific matters during the absence of the Executive Director, as well as takes a lead role and supports Program Managers and Area Managers in communicating organizational policies, service and quality standards and information. They also assist the District leadership team with day-to-day tasks and assigned projects.

Experience:
- 3 years of previous Developmental Services work experience
Education :
- College Diploma on a related field of study; Business Administration, Project Management or Developmental Services Worker preferred
