The role we are offering you:
By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge of finance, accounting and systems specific to accounting & consolidation while executing tasks that will allow you to have a global view of the organisation’s activities. You will have the opportunity to develop your critical thinking and ability to analyse financial information used by key stakeholders including upper management. You will also contribute to special projects involving process improvement activities. Are you ready to:
- Prepare consolidation journal entries;
- Support the team with the month end close reporting activities
- Support the team on contract analysis and other on-going project discussions
- Interact with the different business units and corporate departments;
- Get involved in continuous improvement initiates and ad hoc analysis.
Our ideal candidate has:
- Interest in accounting and is looking for a CPA designation;
- Demonstrated ability in problem solving and process improvement;
- Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities;
- Excellent skills in Excel;
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in French and English;
- Knowledge of HFM, an asset.
Preferred Education
- Knowledge of HFM, an asset.
Location of the internship is Montreal.
Internship will be carried out in hybrid mode.

All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate. All students with a work permit must provide a copy of it and a police clearance certificate from the country or countries where they have resided in the past five years.
