About the Opportunity
We're seeking a Sales Representative to join a growing team delivering skill-based online programs for adults and immersive learning experiences for youth in fields like technology, design, and business. You'll guide prospective students through the decision-making and application process, helping them determine if our programs align with their goals. This is a consultative, people-focused, sales role where success comes from building trust, understanding individual needs, and delivering an exceptional experience from the first interaction onward.
Key Responsibilities
Guide prospective students through the application and enrollment process from first contact to acceptance. Educate students on program offerings, outcomes, and value propositions. Assess student backgrounds, goals, and motivations to determine program fit. Build strong relationships through thoughtful, consultative conversations. Manage inbound and outbound communications, including calls and follow-ups. Meet daily activity targets, including call volume and engagement metrics. Achieve enrollment targets for assigned program cohorts. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track student interactions. Participate in internal coaching and continuously improve through feedback and training.
Qualifications
Some experience in consultative sales/enrollments, direct-to-consumer sales, or higher education. Experience with financing conversations, including payment plans and credit applications. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Comfortable learning and working with CRM systems, sales tools, and digital platforms. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Ability to understand and explain technical or skills-based programs clearly. Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
