Join Partner Solutions (PSI) Cyber Task Force team as a Cyber Resilience Security Analyst! The Cyber Task Force coordinates cyber security incident reporting processes for IFC partners and supports efforts to assess and mitigate potential associated risks.
What you'll do here:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IFC partners upon the reporting of a cyber security incident.
- Collect incident-related information from IFC partners and serve as a liaison between key internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent and timely communication with senior management, including escalation of findings when necessary.
- Collaborate with incident responders, legal and compliance experts, business development managers and executives throughout the incident lifecycle until resolution.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is accurately completed and maintained; conduct regular lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
- Advise and implement best practices related to cyber resilience; provide strategic support for key business initiatives.
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or any combination of training and equivalent experience.
- A minimum of one (3) to three (5) years of experience in Information Security (InfoSec).
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts, cyber resilience and/or cybersecurity governance frameworks.
- A good knowledge of the insurance industry is an asset.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and structured approach.
- Proactive and excellent management of priorities.
- Positive attitude, great team spirit.
- Commitment to training, self-learning and maintaining technical competencies in cybersecurity.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (French and English); requires regular interaction with colleagues across the country.
- No work experience in Canada required but must have authorization to work in Canada.
